Firstly, there was an outage in the Tatenhill Common area which affected 6 customers on Thursday(2nd August). We sincerely apologise for this and for the length of time it took for service to be restored.

Unfortunately, the very rare nature of the fault meant we had not as yet provided the training and equipment required to our local team in order that they could promptly resolve it.

The fault was repaired during a visit made by a Kijoma specialist on Friday evening and mechanisms have been put in place to prevent this mode of failure occurring again. We also provided training and equipment to the local team on Saturday so they are now able to resolve this, should it ever occur again.

More Coverage! Kijoma has expanded the coverage of the Network within Tatenhill parish. The area around the Grove, Woodlands, Branston Road and northwards into the village towards the church is now 'live' and our installation team are currently contacting those who have already registered to arrange installation.

We also cover parts of Branston and this includes Tatenhill Lane, near the excellent Italian eatery, The Bridge Inn
